Belle Tire Distributors Inc. continues its push into the greater Chicago, Ill., market with a new store in Aurora, Ill., which opened on March 18. Belle Tire plans to open a store in Mokena, Ill., later this month and another in St. Charles, Ill., next month.
Based in Allen Park, Mich., Belle Tire entered the Chicago market this past fall via the opening of stores in Joliet, Villa Park and Naperville, Ill.
“After officially entering Illinois this past year, we are proud to continue our expansion and serve new communities,” says Don Barnes III, president of Belle Tire.
“As we celebrate our 100th anniversary this year, expanding our presence in Chicagoland allows us to continue to grow our long-standing mission, giving our neighbors peace of mind and the ability to trust we will get them back on the road quickly and affordably.”
The dealership plans to open locations in West Chicago, Orland Park and Romeoville, Ill., by the end of this summer.
Locations in Yorkville and Montgomery, Ill., are slated to open after that.
Belle Tire - which is one of the 10 largest independent tire dealerships in the United States, according to the 2021 MTD 100 - intends to open 60 stores in Illinois over the next three years.
