The Hoffmann Monty 8800 is a leverless tire changer that features SmartSpeed technology, which automatically measures torque and reduces speed during critical operations to ensure machine integrity, operator and wheel safety. The integrated wheel lift on the Monty 8800 is pedal-operated and assists technicians in lifting and positioning heavy tires, helping to reduce fatigue and increase productivity.
Other unique features of the Hofmann Monty 8800 include a dynamic bead breaker, which has synchronized dual disks for precision positioning on upper and lower beads, and an adjustable tilt for hard sidewall tires. A lower bead camera monitors and assists in controlling operation on the lower bead.
