Alliance Tire Group (ATG) has updated its online ordering system, and the tire manufacturer says it's the first in a series of "dealer-friendly" upgrades designed to streamline ordering from the off-the-road tire maker's catalog.
The new Online ATG website allows tire dealers to build orders by weight for freight discounts, use a shopping cart to assemble orders over time, and check inventory in any of Alliance’s five warehouses serving the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Dealers can access any of ATG’s Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brands through the site.
“We have more than 2,000 SKUs for our channel partners to choose from, and we have been committed to streamlining the process that allows each customer to order exactly what they need right from their desktops,” says Bruce Besancon, vice president of marketing for Alliance Tire Americas Inc. “Our dealers and distributors are specialists in challenging and highly technical markets, including agriculture, forestry, construction, materials handling, and other industrial uses. ATG develops purpose-built tires for those very specific demands. With Online ATG, we have a tool that allows dealers to easily find, combine, and order the exact tires they need to serve their customers, any time of the day or night.”
Online ATG includes time-saving features like the ability to duplicate previous orders, quick access to frequently purchased items through a ‘Saved Items’ list, and a ‘Quick Cart’ feature that allows users to build and purchase quick stock orders. Customers also can view their invoices and track shipments.
The site also offers benefits that can be passed along to end users. Through Online ATG, Alliance, Galaxy and Primex dealers can generate and print quotes for their customers and tap into an improved search function to quickly access details on each tire in ATG’s catalog. Intuitive design, a clean graphic look and helpful navigation tips throughout the site make Online ATG easy to use.
The new Online ATG is live for Alliance, Galaxy, and Primex dealers now. If dealers email [email protected], they can sign up today. Besancon says additional digital tools, including a feature that will allow customers to assemble container orders direct from ATG’s factories, and a mobile warranty app, are coming soon.
