Repairify Inc. dba as asTech unveiled its new training program, the Repairify Institute, during the 2022 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show. The training focuses on adaptive learning, which allows students to work at their own pace and expand upon already-retained knowledge.

Additional program features include mentorship programs and proof of skill that ensures every student can demonstrate proficiency before moving on.

“It is a new form of training to help compress training sessions and get more technicians in the field faster,” says Cris Hollingsworth, president, Repairify Global.

Training will take place at places called "Centers of Excellence."

The first center is planned to be in Dallas, Texas, and will open in 2023.

“Vehicles are changing and the market is changing,” says Hollingsworth. “Electric vehicles are coming and we need to get our industry trained.”
