Pirelli & Cie SpA posted a 26.5% increase in year-over-year revenue and an adjusted EBIT increase of 25.8% during the first nine months of 2022.
During the third quarter, Pirelli's year-over-year revenue increased nearly 30% and its net profit climbed by 20.7%.
"Total volumes seem stable year-over-year," according to Pirelli officials.
Looking ahead, Pirelli believes its total revenue for 2022 will equal around 6.5 billion euros, in part "thanks to the implementation of price increases and better performance of product mix."
In addition, volumes will be "stable" versus 2021 levels.
