Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable Sept. 30, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business Sept. 2, 2016.
This will mark the 178th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the tire maker.
