ZC Rubber Thailand Plans for Expansion

June 20, 2016

Zhongce Rubber Group Co. Ltd. is planning the second phase of construction at its ZC Rubber Thailand factory.

Shen Jinrong, president of ZC Rubber, states that the first phase of ZC Rubber Thailand's project has already been completed and achieved the intended target. Since the opening ceremony in June 2015, ZC Rubber Thailand has operated production lines for both passenger and off-the-road tires. The tires are shipped throughout the Southeast Asia market and worldwide.

ZC Rubber Thailand welcomed many of its customers from Southeast Asia during a recent anniversary celebration.

“We appreciate the help from all the people who support us to build the factory in short months," says Jinrong. "It is a milestone to take the first step of globalization for ZC Rubber on the production. At present, the factory operates in a virtuous circle and the second phase of factory project is under way."

The annual capacity of ZC Rubber Thailand is 4.2 million passenger and light truck radial tires, and 0.7 million TBR. The company says the second phase of the factory "will be built into a modern tire factory according to the standards for the first one with advanced equipment and large scale."

“We expect that the expansion capacity will further improve competitiveness on the market, by extension, can expand market share in the Southeast Asian regions," Jinrong says.
