The deadline to submit a nomination for service on the 2016-2017 Tire Industry Association (TIA) Board of Directors is May 2, 2016.
TIA board directors serve for three-year terms and may be re-elected to serve two additional, three-year terms.
Any TIA member in good standing or an official representative of an industry association may recommend candidates to the nominating committee in accordance with the TIA bylaws. Self-nominations are also welcome.
Positions on the TIA board are open to individuals who are employed by a TIA member company, and the member company has been a member in good standing for two consecutive years prior to the election. This includes manufacturers, tire dealers, wholesale distributors, suppliers, recyclers and retreaders.
All nominations should be submitted by completing and returning the TIA Board of Directors nomination form by 5 p.m. (EDT) on May 2, 2016.
