Stellar Industries Inc. has promoted Eric Janssen and Ryan Ytzen to inside sales positions.
Janssen worked the previous four years as a sales representative for the American Eagle Accessories Group, a division of Stellar Industries. While there, he was responsible for working with distributors and end-users needing truck-mounted drawer systems and air compressor systems.
In Janssen’s new role at Stellar Industries, his main duty includes managing all chassis for stock orders, special requests, and customer supplied units. He also will work with the tire service fleet and national accounts, and assist the Stellar regional sales managers with incoming orders.
Ytzen comes from the company’s customer service department where he was a technical service representative for the last three years. In that role, he worked with customers to receive, process and enter customer orders and return goods requests, and would troubleshoot product issues over the phone and occasionally on-site.
Ytzen’s new position will allow him to interact with the regional sales managers and the Stellar distribution network in order to quote and sell the various Stellar products.
