There are 66,437 workers in the U.S. between the ages of 20 and 39, and they’re working their way up the ladder. Chances are that age group includes many of your go-to people, the reliable employees who stay late to take care of a customer, or come in early to fix a problem before the next shift starts.

There’s only one rule. Nominees need to be under the age of 40. As for where they work and what they do — it's open to anyone in the industry.
