Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc. is adding three new tires to its lineup — two ultra-high performance tires plus a touring tire for CUVs, SUVs and light trucks.
Ecsta PS91
Kumho says the Ecsta PS91 features precise handling in wet and dry conditions on and off the track to satisfy the ultimate super car enthusiast.
An ultra-high performance, summer tire, the PS91 was designed to have optimal stability at high speeds, reduced road harmonics for a quiet ride, and enhanced dry performance characteristics.
It will debut in 34 sizes in 18 to 20 inch fitments with a Y speed rating. An additional 9 sizes will be released in the second quarter of 2016.
Ecsta PS31
The Ecsta PS31 provides a balance of high-speed stability, low road noise, and safety in a value-oriented ultra-high performance summer tire.
Additional features include structural enhancements to prevent irregular wear for longer tread life, resistance against hydroplaning and increased cornering performance as well as traction in wet conditions.
The Ecsta PS31 comes in 45 sizes with V and W speed ratings and a rim range of 18 to 20 inches.
Crugen HT51
The Crugen HT51 brings a new level of luxury to the CUV/SUV/LT experience. Kumho says this touring, all-season highway terrain tire is engineered to handle everyday business in confidence as well as in workload applications. The HT51 features stability and traction on snow covered roads, enhanced driving performance in wet and dry conditions with extended tread life characteristics.
The Crugen HT51 will initially be released in 35 sizes ranging from 15 to 20 inch fitments and speed ratings of T, R, and S.
