MTD Analyzes the Latest J.D. Power Findings

March 28, 2016

Once again, J.D. Power and Associates has released results from its annual U.S. Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study. But are they reliable?

Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich analyzes the results, as explained by J.D. Power in its own press release. In his latest blog, he says some of the results make sense, while others don't quite pass muster.

In order to place the results in the proper context, first read about the results by checking out "Younger Shoppers Are Less Likely to Purchase OE Tire Brands." That will give you the J.D. Power point of view.

Then read Ulrich's blog, "J.D. Power Results Must Be Placed in the Proper Context."

What do you think of the results, either from J.D. Power's or Ulrich's point of view -- or your own? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment!
