Aeolus Tyre Co. Ltd. Chairman Wang Feng has resigned. He has yet to be replaced.
The company's board of directors sent out a letter of "Special Announcement" following the sudden resignation. Because it was in Chinese, Modern Tire Dealer ran it through a translation program.
Feng resigned "due to changes in the work, the application of the Sixth Board of Directors," according to the translated letter.
Aeolus said during his tenure as chairman, Feng was dedicated to promoting the company. He also helped standarize operations and singled out for the company's "healthy development."
