Repairing Pothole Damage Should Be Profitable and Guilt-Free

March 17, 2016

Potholes are a nuisance. Although they are technically avoidable most of the time, odds are millions of drivers every year will need repairs after hitting one.

A recent survey by the American Automobile Association (AAA) says damages cost consumers $3 billion a year. That's good news for tire dealers. And benefitting from pothole damage should be a guilt-free experience.

In his latest blog, Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich analyzes the survey results. As for the AAA's political agenda, well, Ulrich says the association's hope for more government money to prevent potholes is a pipedream.

Potholes are here to stay. Read Ulrich's blog, "Don't Feel Guilty about Profiting from Pothole Damage" to see why, and what you can do about it.
