Nexen Tire America has recently announced industry veteran John Thomas as its new head of sales for the U.S. market. In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Thomas will lead a growing sales force that includes outside sales reps, a Sales Management team and an inside Customer Service team.
Thomas’ role coincides with Nexen’s objective to solidify its sales force and deliver the best possible experience for customers on service, training, and brand development. On his move to Nexen, Thomas states, “There are a number of reasons why I made this important career move, but what I was most enthusiastic about was joining a company with quality products backed by the industry’s strongest warranty.” Thomas adds, “We have a fantastic sales team in place, and the opportunity to lead this talented group is an honor.”
In his thirty-two years in the tire industry, John has had stops at Michelin, Yokohama, Falken, Sumitomo and GITI Tire. He will be working out of Nexen Tire America’s headquarter office in Diamond Bar, CA.
