The Parts House LLLP (TPH) has named Standard Motor Products Inc. (SMP) as the recipient of its 2015 Vendor of the Year Award. The award was presented during the parts distributor's annual sales and marketing summit.
“TPH and Standard Motor Products have worked closely these past seven years to deliver top-quality replacement parts for engine management and temperature control,” said David Miller, chief operating officer of TPH. “Our engine parts business was modestly sized before we joined forces with SMP. With the help of some incredible SMP sales representatives, including Hariclia (Rikki) Foley, this side of our business has grown exponentially. We are excited for the 2016 programs, and foresee a long future of mutually-beneficial growth”.
During the event Miller cited SMP’s support of inventory growth and training programs as an integral component of TPH aftermarket sales.
