Toyo and UFC Renew Their Partnership

Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will continue a partnership that gives the Toyo brand exposure across UFC’s platforms.

Toyo did not release the terms or the duration of the multi-year extension.

As the official tire of UFC, Toyo branding will continue to have a presence inside the Octagon on horizontal bumpers and canvases during select events on Pay-Per-View, UFC Fight Pass and with global broadcast partners.

Toyo will also continue its presence on UFC.com, as well as being integrated across UFC social and digital assets.

“We are thrilled to continue our well-established partnership with Toyo Tires,” says UFC Executive Vice President of Global Marketing Partnerships Mike Mossholder. “Toyo Tires will continue to play a key role in our success and we are excited to further leverage the UFC brand to increase their reach across all channels.”

Toyo says it also leverages the partnership through promotions, athlete appearances and sponsorships. UFC athletes affiliated with Toyo Tires includes UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz, UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold, former UFC heavyweight champion and no. 1 heavyweight contender Cain Velasquez, no. 3 featherweight contender Chad Mendes and strawweight contender Paige VanZant.

Toyo offers replacement tires for light trucks, SUVs, high performance cars and luxury vehicles as well as the M-Line for commercial trucks.  Consumer product lines include the popular Open Country tires for light trucks and SUVs; Proxes ultra-high performance tires; Versado tires for luxury passenger cars; Celsius variable conditions tires; and the value line of Extensa passenger car tires. Many of the tires are built in the United States at in Bartow County, Georgia.
