TBC Corp. plans to relocate its Memphis, Tenn., warehouse to a new 1.5-million-square-foot facility 20 miles away in Rossville, Tenn.

The company expects to move into the new facility in December 2016 or January 2017. Construction will begin as soon as possible, according to TBC. The new warehouse will be located in a development that straddles the Tennessee and Mississippi state line near U.S. 72, Tenn. 385, and I-269.

TBC says it has outgrown its 1-million-square-foot warehouse in southeast Memphis.

Headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., TBC is one of the nation's largest marketers of automotive replacement tires and is No. 2 on the Modern Tire Dealer 100 list of the nation’s largest independent dealers.

TBC serves wholesale customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico through TBC Brands, Carroll Tire Company, TBC International, and TBC de Mexico. TBC has more than 3,200 franchised and company-operated tire and automotive service centers under the brands Tire Kingdom Service Centers, Merchant's Tire & Auto Centers, NTB, Big O Tires, Midas, and SpeeDee Oil Change and Auto Service.
