'No Stress With Point S' Campaign Earns Kudos

At the closing gala of the Congress of Point S France, before more than 500 merchants and suppliers, Point S Canada was awarded an honorary prize for the most impressive banner launching campaign, as well as the most impressive network transformation.

"Receiving this honor is the fruit of a lengthy work with our team," says Bruno Leclair, CEO and president of Point S Canada. Through this campaign, Point S wished to further strengthen its commitment to be a source of stress reduction for its customers, offering them a customized customer service, at each appointment.

The three promises of Point S Canada:

  • offering the right price, regardless of the day of the week;
  • the guarantee of tire change within an hour; and
  • a transparent service in all respects. No work will be done on your car without your consent.

Point S says it has more than 3,400 sales outlets in 28 countries, and is the largest independent network of tire retailers and technicians worldwide.  The network is in the midst of its launch in the United States.

In May 2015 Tire Factory announced it was changing its name and joining Point S. Tire Factory dealers will meet for the group's annual dealer meeting Feb. 18-20, 2016, in Portland, Ore. Modern Tire Dealer will be there to report from the meeting.
