ATV Inc. has acquired five Wayne’s Tire and Auto Repair stores, a move that extends the reach of its American Tire Depot store network to the Central Coast area of California.
“We are pleased to announce that we have completed our acquisition of Wayne’s Tire and Auto Repair, and welcome Wayne’s Tire team to American Tire Depot’s family," says Avo Kamberian, vice president of marketing for ATV.
"We are thrilled about the opportunity to build and expand American Tire Depot’s operations in the cities of Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria and Lompoc.”
Wayne’s Tire and Auto was founded 50 years ago.
The company says the acquired locations will operate under the American Tire Depot brand and maintain Wayne’s product quality and strong customer service culture. The acquisition is expected to generate additional jobs for professionals in both the consumer and commercial tire industry.

American Tire Depot - Lompoc -303 E Ocean Ave Lompoc, 93436.
This five-store acquisition brings American Tire Depot’s location total to 87. The company has plans for further expansion in 2016.
