Service Tire Truck Centers Inc. (STTC) has acquired All Time Tire Service Inc., located in South Toms River, N.J.
All Time Tire founder and general manager Tony Maione will join STTC as the customer relations manager. Maione brings with him 30 years of tire industry experience, including 18 years as owner of All Time Tire. STTC says the location will fill a service void for STTC, as it offers a full line of products and services to customers in the Central New Jersey market.
STTC is in the process of promoting an STTC employee, Josh Weinberg, from another branch to manage the day to day operations in South Toms River as the operations manager. All of All Time Tire’s employees will be offered positions at STTC.
Walt Dealtrey, STTC chairman, says, “STTC continues to evolve to better meet our customers’ demands and provide opportunities for our employees through the company’s growth.”
STTC is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and operates more than 40 locations in eight states. STTC is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pa., and operates three Michelin Retread Technology (MRT) plants, producing more than 1,000 tires per day.
