Raw material costs force Michelin to increase prices in Europe

Groupe Michelin has announced a 5% tire price increase in Europe.

According to Tyres & Accessories magazine, Michelin cited rising raw material costs -- which have risen 40% in the last five years -- as the reason for the increase.
