Arnco has developed an informative Warranty Registration folder that outlines terms and conditions and flatproofing performance specifications for the limited warranty offered on its SuperFlex, HeviDuty, RePneu and RePneu II polyurethane formulations.
The new four-color folder also includes a detachable warranty registration card for Arnco customers to fill in and mail to the company.
As noted in the folder, tires properly flatproofed with any of the three formulations are warranted for continuous service at speeds up to 35 mph (56 kph). Tires properly flatproofed are warranted for service at speeds of up to 55 mph (88 kph) based on a defined “In Service” and “Cool Down” duty cycle.
RePneu, designed for most conditions (medium deflection), and HeviDuty, designed for heavy loads (minimum deflection) are warranted at eight hours service and 16 hours cool down. SuperFlex, which offers a soft air-like ride (maximum deflection), is warranted at two hours service and 10 hours cool down; and RePneu II (maximum deflection) is warranted at four hours service and 12 hours cool down.
Arnco supplies polyurethane flatproofing materials for tires used in construction, mining, ground support, material handling, the military and lawn and garden industries.
