The Rubber Manufacturers Association provided an overview of the United States scrap tire market to foreign dignitaries at the Mexican Embassy in Washington, D.C., yesterday.
"Tire manufacturers have promoted environmentally and economically sound solutions to reduce scrap tire waste," says Michael Blumenthal, the RMA´s senior technical director.
"We are grateful for the opportunity to present our experiences to representatives of other nations."
Blumenthal also discussed scrap tire solutions with the foreign officials.
