Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Franklin S. Pantalone district sales manager for its Oliver Rubber subsidiary, which contains Oliver Retreading Systems.
Pantalone "will help current Oliver dealers in the northeast United States grow their retread business, obtain new dealers and increase tread rubber sales," according to Cooper officials.
A 28-year retread industry veteran, he began working for Cooper in 2002 as an Oliver commercial sales manager.
