Amerityre Corp. has named Anders Suarez chief financial officer. He had been serving as the company´s financial systems administrator since October 2003.
"Anders has been instrumental in helping us implement our comprehensive financial accounting systems," says Richard Steinke, CEO and president.
Prior to joining Amerityre, Suarez worked as a senior consultant and project manager for ePartners Inc., a provider of Microsoft-based business solutions for middle market companies based in Phoenix, Ariz. Before joining ePartners, he was corporate controller for Park Plaza International, LLC.
Amerityre also named Craig Hooks sales and marketing manager. A 15-year sales and marketing veteran, Hooks comes to Amerityre from Enidine Inc., an equipment automation technology company based in Irvine, Calif.
"Craig has a history of increasing sales wherever he has been," says Steinke. "Through his knowledge and experience, he will be responsible for developing profitable sales and marketing strategies for Amerityre, especially our Flatfree closed-cell polyurethane foam tire products."
