EPA, Wildlife Council honor BFNT

The United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Wildlife Habitat Council have honored Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc. for the company's work in helping restore a wildlife habitat in Port Deposit, Md.

"Commitment to land stewardship values at all levels is a win-win situation for communities, companies and the environment," says Tim Bent, director of environmental affairs Bridgestone Americas Holding.

The habitat in Port Deposit is a former landfill site.
