Michelin donates to virtual school

Michelin North America Inc. and Toyota have donated $20,000 to a Lexington (S.C.) School District program that offers classes round the clock via the Internet.

The money will help the district establish a "virtual high school" and provide teacher grants.

Michelin has a manufacturing plant in Lexington.
