Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Curtis Selhorst its manager of tire testing.
Selhorst will be responsible for managing all tire testing operations conducted at Cooper's technical center in Findlay, Ohio.
He most recently served as manager of tire engineering at Cooper's Texarkana, Ark., plant.
Selhorts has been with Cooper for 14 years.
