Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Michael Cati director, sales and marketing, for its Asian operations.
Cati will focus his efforts on China.
He most recently served as Cooper's European marketing manager at its Avon office in Melksham, England.
There he was responsible for motorcycle sales and marketing and managing the Cooper-Avon Tyres Ltd. subsidiary in Italy.
Cati joined Avon shortly before Cooper acquired the British company in 1997.
