Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is raising its tire prices effective with orders May 1, 2004. The price increases apply to its Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly and associate brands.
The increases are as follows:
* consumer tires -- 2-4%.
* commercial tires -- 2-3%.
* farm tires -- 2.5%.
* OTR tires -- 2-4%.
Goodyear cites increases in both raw material and energy costs as the reasons for the announcement.
