Yokohama Tire Corp. will roll out its Advan A048 during the 2004 Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Spec Racer Ford season.
The Advan A048 is available in Asia and Europe, say Yokohama officials.
It will replace Yokohama's A008 race tire.
Yokohama also is partnering with the SCCA on a new points fund for drivers.
