Tenneco Automotive Inc.'s expanded product guarantee program includes limited lifetime warranties and a 90-day risk-free trial offer on top-shelf Walker exhaust, Monroe shock and strut, DynoMax performance exhaust and Rancho off-road products.
"Our research, including extensive customer input, shows that limited lifetime warranties and risk-free trial periods make a huge difference at the point of sale," says Richard Alameddine, Tenneco's vice president of marketing.
