Poway, Calif.-based auto repair software provider Mitchell 1 has inked a major deal that will expand the use of its products.
Mitchell will provide its Mitchell 1 line of software to the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association, including its OnDemand5 Transmission and TeamWorks packages.
In related news, Mitchell 1 has completed the integration of its OnDemand 5 Manager with Internet Auto Parts Inc. (IAP) that will allow repair shops to order parts from their IAP supplier of choice using IAP's Web-based ordering system.
Mitchell 1's network of electronic supply partners also includes NAPA, O'Reilly Auto Parts Inc., WorldPac and Activant.
