Dunn Tire LLC's new Web site, www.dunntire.com, has been designed "to enhance customer service and make the tire purchase easier and more convenient," say Dunn Tire Chairman and CEO Randy Clark.
The site contains an on-line purchase feature that lets browsers select tires for the make, model and year of their vehicles.
"They also can e-mail us with technical and other questions," say Dunn Tire officials.
Customers who pre-purchase tires through the site will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail and a follow-up phone call from Dunn Tire to schedule installation at a specific store. They are not charged until installation is complete.
Dunn also plans to make periodic promotions and sales available through the site.
