Fresno, Calif.-based Goodguys Tire Service has broken ground on a new, 8,000-square-foot retail store in Clovis, Calif., a Fresno suburb.
The shop, which brings the 26-year-old dealership's total store count up to 10, will open in August, according to Goodguys Tire Vice President Scott Shubin. It will have 10 service bays and will employ eight people.
Shubin also announced that Goodguys Tire will start building another store in North Fresno, Calif., later this year.
The family-owned company sells Goodyear, Continental, General, Hankook and Eldorado brand passenger and light truck tires at both the retail and wholesale levels.
