Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd.'s Advan Sport (V103S) tire has been selected as an original equipment tire for the new Porsche 911 Carrera 4.
The 911 Carrera 4 is the eighth Porsche model since 1989 to sport OE Yokohama brand tires.
Tire sizes to be supplied include 235/40ZR18 (91Y) for the front and 295/35ZR18 (99Y) for the rear.
In July, moderntiredealer.com reported that Yokohama would be obtaining a Carrera fitment.
Yokohama opened an OE office in Farmington Hills, Mich., earlier this year.
