EnTire Solutions LLC, a joint venture between Michelin North America Inc. and TRW Automotive, recently held an informational meeting about tire pressure monitoring systems.
The event, which was held on Oct. 6, was designed to educate members of Congress about the systems.
It allowed members of Congress "to see first hand the implementation of a mandated technology, including the components and functions of a tire pressure monitoring system, the required driver interaction, and the driver benefits of properly inflated tires," say EnTire officials.
EnTire develops, markets and sells tire pressure monitoring systems.
