Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Richard Williams vice president, global supply chain, which is a new position.
New to Cooper, Williams has more than 24 years of supply chain and purchasing experience, including nine years with Eaton Corp.
He will oversee Cooper's global purchasing function, off-take and outsource programs, as well as supply chain worldwide.
"As Cooper continues to expand around the world, supply chain management becomes a more important skill to the organization," says Cooper Chairman, CEO and President Tom Dattilo.
