Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Arthur de Bok chairman and CEO of its European Union business.
He most recently served as vice president of consumer tires for the European Union division. He joined Goodyear in 2002.
Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, Goodyear's European Union business is its largest outside of North America with $4.5 billion in 2004 sales.
