Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named James Fitzgerald manager of its Tupelo, Miss., plant.
He succeeds John Ebert, who has accepted the position of general manager of Cooper's joint plant with Kenda Rubber Industrial Co. Ltd. in China.
Fitzgerald has been with Cooper since 1982.
