One of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s blimps, "The Stars & Stripes," ran aground in Florida yesterday.
The blimp sustained some damage but "we're grateful that there were no injuries," says a Goodyear spokesperson.
Goodyear officials are investigating the incident.
"The Stars & Stripes" is docked at Pompano Beach, Fla.
Goodyear's other blimps are based in Carson, Calif., and Akron, Ohio.
