Three days before it releases its financial results for the fourth quarter, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. announced a quarterly dividend of 12 cents a share.
The dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of February 15.
Goodyear's fourth quarter and 2001 financial results will be released this Friday, followed by an investor conference call at 8:30 a.m.
Goodyear's stock price closed at $22.90 yesterday. It's 52-week high and low prices are $32.10 and $17.37, respectively.
