Shanghai Tyre & Rubber Co. Ltd.'s new plant in Rugao, China, is scheduled to open in June, says China Manufacturers Alliance LLC (CMA) CEO Larry Williams.
Shanghai is CMA's majority owner.
The factory is expected to produce 2.5 million radial truck tires per year, plus radial OTR, skid steer and industrial tires.
