Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s Eagle RS-A high performance tire will be original equipment on the 2006 Pontiac Solstice.
The sports car, which will be available by the end of the summer, will use the size P245/45R18 version of the tire.
"The Eagle RS-A tires feature an asymmetrical tread design with aggressive tread blocks in the shoulder area and wide lateral grooves for high traction and confident handling in wet, dry or snow conditions," say Goodyear officials.
