Logan, Utah-based Jack's Tire & Oil Inc. will open its fourth retread plant next month in Phoenix, Ariz.
Jack's Tire, which uses Michelin Retread Technologies Inc.'s system, produces about 525 truck tire retreads and 15 light truck tire retreads per day, according to Modern Tire Dealer data.
It is the 27th largest retreader in the United States.
