Pete's Tire Barns Inc. of Orange, Mass., plans to open at least two more outlets this year.
"We just signed a new lease in central New England," Pete's Tire Barns President Pete Gerry told moderntiredealer.com earlier today.
The dealership has 13 outlets right now. It recently closed two retread plants and consolidated their production into a single retread plant that runs two shifts, adds Gerry.
Pete's Tire Barns is the 19th largest independent commercial tire dealership in the United States, according to Modern Tire Dealer research.
