Myers increases 4Q year-to-year revenue by 57%

Myers Industries Inc. reported income of $6.9 million on revenue of $221.4 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2004. That compares to earnings of $4.4 million on sales of $176.5 million for the same period 12 months earlier.

Myers reported earnings of $25.7 million on $803.1 million in sales for the year.

On Feb. 17, Myers Industries' board of directors declared a regular five cents per share dividend payable April 1, 2005, to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2005.
