Tire Service Equipment Mfg. Co. Inc. (TSI) recently purchased the manufacturing and marketing rights to products manufactured by Safe Shop Tools Inc.
According to TSI President Wes Sprunk, TSI has been negotiating with Safe Shop Tools since last summer. Safe Shop Tools is based in Missoula, Mont. TSI is based in Phoenix, Ariz.
"It broadens our product base with our existing customers, and I'm sure it will give us new customers," he adds.
