Hunter introduces RX 10 scissor lift

Nov. 8, 2010

Hunter Engineering Co.'s new RX 10 scissor lift has a 10,000 pound lifting capacity and a choice of runway lengths.

"The scissor design requires minimum bay space and can save further space with a shallow pit installation that sets the runways flush to the floor when fully lowered, eliminating the need for long approach ramps," say Hunter officials.

The RX 10 also comes with extra-wide, 24-inch runways, a powdercoat finish and other features. Options include Hunter's PowerSlide system, which automatically controls turnplate and slipplate operation, and the company's Inflation Station feature, which speeds up service and ensures more accurate alignments by automatically setting a predetermined tire pressure for each wheel simultaneously.

"The RX 10 also offers an integrated air line kit for tools and an optional runway lighting kit to illuminate the work space under the vehicle."
